If you’re ready to turn up, going on steeper hills and traveling with a 10-15 lb backpack will increase your muscle tone and burn more calories.

Start at 10 reps of each of the following exercises and do one rep less after each round is done. Keep counting down until you finish at 1 rep.
Go!
Run up stairs 10 times.
10 Burpees.
10 Mountain climbers.

20 second sprint followed by 10 seconds of rest 8 times.
20 second bench crunches followed by 10 seconds of rest 4 times.
20 second jump squats followed by 10 seconds of rest 4 times.
When it gets tough remember you can do anything for 20 seconds!

End with a stretch overlooking the water to get me focused on the rest of my day.
