I use the blender to make smoothies several times a week so I need something that can stand frequent use.After my morning workouts a protein smoothie is the first thing on my mind. The blender quickly blends everything from frozen fruits and vegetables and crushes ice! Easy to use, it creates the perfectly blended smoothie with no chunks in sight. Serves 3
Greek yogurt is high in protein and contains probiotics that aid in digestion, which is especially important in the morning. Almond butter contains healthy fats that improve hair, skin, and provide energy, as well as fiber to keep you full longer. Frozen berries contain antioxidants that allow your body to fight off illness. Finally Hemp protein is an easy to digest source of protein that wont affect the taste of your smoothie. Add honey as a natural sweetener that won’t jolt your blood sugar and you’re good to go!
Ingredients:
12 oz Frozen Berries
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/2 cup Hemp Powder
2 cups Almond Milk
1 cup Ice
2 tbs Honey
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds or until completely smooth. Enjoy!
