Asian Peanut Soba Noodle Salad

Cilantro: 1 Bunch, Chopped
Cucumber: Halved, Chopped
Red Onion: 4 Tbsp, Diced
Green Pepper: Half, Chopped
Carrots: 1, Shredded
Lime: Half, Juiced
Ginger: Half Inch, Finely Diced
Garlic: 3 Cloves, Thinly Diced
Green Onion: 4 Springs, Sliced
Hoisin Sauce: 2 Tbsp
Soya Sauce: 2 Tbsp
Peanut Butter:1/3 Cup
Water: 3 Tbsp
Siracha: 1 Tbsp
Sesame Seeds: To Taste
Sesame Oil: To Taste
Soba Noodles: Cooked
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes: To Taste

Instructions:
Combine peanut butter, soya sauce, hoisin sauce, water, crushed red pepper flakes, sesame oil, a squeeze of lime, ginger, and garlic in a bowl and whip until creamy.
If you want, add more water to get desired consistency.
Mix half of the sauce with soba noodles.
Mix other half of the sauce with chopped vegetables.
Place vegetables on top of noodles.
Squeeze the rest of lime juice over entire dish.
Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
Cover and set in fridge for 30 minutes to chill.

1. The first step is to soften up the skin. The best way to do this is to soak your feet in warm water that has a few drops of soap. I use Peter Thomas Roth Mega-Rich Body Wash. Soak your feet for five to ten minutes, until the skin has softened. You can skip the soak if you’re going to use the brush in the shower.
2. The next step is to dip the Foot Brush and Pumice Stone in the soapy water to get it wet.
3. Gradually rub the pumice stone around your heels back and forth. Alternate between brush side and stone side.
4. Rinse and repeat until your feet feel smooth and new.
5. Moisturize with Josie Maran Whipped Argan Oil Ultra Hydrating Body Butter.
6 Put on some thick socks, kick back , and relax!

Daily Soft Skin Scrub

After a hot shower when your skin has softened from the steam and warm water, wash your face with Dr. Bronners Castille Soap and then lightly scrub with a loofah pad. When your face is still wet mix Jojoba oil with a drop of Neroli oil and massage into skin. Only put these type of oils on while your skin is still wet because your open pores will absorb the moisture and oils evenly and fully nourish your skin.

Lemon: Half Juiced
Olive Oil: 2 Tsp
Garlic: 4 Cloves, Sliced Thinly
Kale: 1 Bunch Washed and Chopped
Water: 2 Tbsp
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes: A Pinch To Taste
Sea Salt: To Taste
Cracked Pepper: To Taste
Parmesan: Shaved

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and then add garlic.
Sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the kale to the skillet along with 2 tablespoons of water to prevent burning.
Cook, stirring often for 2-3 minutes.
Season with crushed red pepper flakes, sea salt, and cracked pepper to taste.
Stir in the lemon juice and toss to coat evenly before spooning the kale into a serving dish.
Shave parmesan cheese over kale.
