Ingredients:
Kale: 1 Bunch
Lemon: 2 Juiced
Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 Cup Grated
Olive Oil: To Taste
Instructions:
Wash, dry, and de-stem kale.
Juice lemons with a lemon squeezer.
Pour lemon juice all over kale, rub it in with your hands, and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Finely grate parmesan cheese.
Mix grated parmesan cheese and olive oil with marinated kale.
Enjoy.
An easy way to get delicious kale is to marinate it in lemon juice!

Ingredients:
Sparkling Water: 1 Bottle
Stevia: 2 Drops
Lemon: 1
Mint: Small Handful
Ice: 1/2 Cup
Instructions:
Using a lemon squeezer juice lemon into two glasses.
Place 3 drops of Stevia in each glass.
Add ice cubes and sparkling water.
Mix in crushed mint.
Serves 2.
