NikeLab X158 presents MUSE, an exhibition of new work featuring Adrianne Ho, directed by Jake Davis. MUSE explores the contemporary relationship between artist and subject through the language and elements central to pop, video and conceptual art. By taking Adrianne Ho’s private world offline and into a time capsule, Jake Davis immerses the spectator in an interactive discovery of muse in a digital age.
The exhibition is now open from January 6th to February 6th featuring Adrianne’s bed installation, personal relics, polaroids, and video screen tests. NikeLab and Sweat The Style collaborated on exclusive gallery merch only available in Shanghai. The limited capsule collection includes a portrait t-shirt, tote bags, polaroid zine, posters, postcards and chopsticks. A one-of-a-kind Air Force One and basketball emblazoned with the exhibition graphic were also created exclusively for the event.

I think I speak for all of us when I say there is nothing worse than wearing foundation that is too heavy, especially in the summer. Durable, breathable, and smooth are key words when it comes to choosing the best foundation.
Milk Studios Sunshine Skin Tint is a fresh take on liquid foundation. This featherweight foundation makes it easy to achieve a flawless complexion while protecting your skin with SPF30. Packed with ingredients ranging from avocado to grapeseed oil, this Skin Tint is perfect for target coverage and overall skin tone. Not only is this product vegan but it’s also preservative-free; something you could previously only get in powder foundations. On top of all of the obvious perks, it comes packaged in an easy and convenient tube with a rollerball tip that glides on the skin perfectly. This makes it super easy to throw in your gym bag without having to worry about compacts and brushes. The less make-up to carry the better!

With the U.S. Open starting next week in NYC, more and more people are hitting the courts to play tennis. Whether you’re a novice or have been playing for years the benefits of the sport are endless. As someone who has started playing only in the past few years I can personally say that the sport has improved my level of fitness. The quick aerobic movements I do while playing burns calories and keeps my heart rate up. In addition to cardiovascular health, the game also provides strength training for your legs, arms and upper body while swinging the racket tones the core… talk about a full body workout!
I like to start a session by warming up with a stretch and light jog. Once my body is warmed up I get a feel for the ball by playing half court and then move back to the baseline to work my forehand and backhand. It’s a good idea to have a focused strategy to your workout. Repetition of good form is key to the sport. No matter your level, keep at it and most of all have fun!

Toronto native model Britt Bergmeister grew up in Japan where she developed a passion for food. While working as a model she’s learned to balance that with an exciting health and fitness regiment. When she’s not on set or traveling for shoots she resides in New York City where she studies nutrition and frequents fitness studios all over the city. Between playing recreational basketball, boxing, running, and yoga Britt makes sure her workouts are fun and interesting. She reps the Six in a Raptors jacket, Sweat Crew bottoms, Nike sports bra and sneakers on NYC’s East River.
Who do you sweat?
I’d get real sweaty if I ran into an NBA player, especially one of the Toronto Raptors 😉
What do you sweat?
I sweat off little annoyances in my day that accumulate over time. I believe if I live positively and with gratitude, karma will do the rest. So if I find myself getting mad about silly, small things I’ll try and go sweat it all off and leave it at the gym.
Where do you sweat?
Anywhere I can! Hotel rooms, my gym, my tiny shoebox living room in NYC. I don’t believe you need a proper gym with all the equipment and machines to get a good sweat in.
When do you sweat?
I find it’s best if I get it done in the morning so I energize myself for the day ahead of me. I try and do a proper workout 5-6 times a week not only because my job requires that I stay fit but because I feel my best self after a good workout. If I show up to a modeling job knowing I’ve worked hard to stay healthy and fit into all the clothes, it feels more worth it to me, like I’ve earned it.
How do you sweat?
I love switching up my workouts to keep them fresh and exciting. I usually start with a little cardio, maybe a 20 minute run. Then I’ll do some ab exercises, leg & butt workouts so I’m targeting my whole body. Sometimes if I’m not feeling a gym workout I’ll go to a yoga class or even follow a yoga Youtube video at home. Whether I’m ‘working out’ or not I’ll always try and be active whether it be biking through the city or walking to all my castings. Hence why I spend 99.9% of my time in activewear 😉
Why do you sweat?
I feel so much better after a workout. My mood is always uplifted, I feel stronger, more powerful and it gives me a jump start to my day and what I set out to accomplish. I also have to stay fit for my job as a model. I want to be a strong, healthy model that is exemplary for younger girls. I have to work hard for the shape I’m in and want to encourage young girls to do the same.
Keep up with Britt on her Instagram, Twitter, and Website.
