I like to top mine with a little D.O.P. Pecorino cheese imported by Epicurus Gourmet Market from Sardinia, a beautiful splash of California based Séka Hills extra virgin olive oil, and fresh basil from my friend Edwin’s backyard farm in South Pasadena.
