Fresh from farmer Laura Ramirez of JJ Slones Daughters Ranch the Pakistan Mulberry is perfectly in season right now (May to mid-June). They are large, firm, berries with sweet raspberry-like flavor that are delicious to eat as is or when used to make jam. They’re composed of nutrient dense compounds like antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins that are essential for good health. Although they are not common in many climates keep an eye out for similar varieties! They come in a few different sizes and colors (even in white)!
